Our approximate processing time, the time to receive, prepare and ship your treats, is 3-5 days. Please keep in mind, a business day is Monday-Friday. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. We make every order fresh at home, and due to extremely high demand our processing time may exceed 5 days but we are working hard to reduce the processing time. We are a small family business that's forever grateful for your support and the love we continue to receive!
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification, including the tracking number.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the buyer's total order weight and location. Shipment rates are calculated at the checkout by the company, and these rates are subject to change without notice.
United States Shipping Rates: Shipping rate is $5-$7 if the weight of the package is under 1lb and $10-$12 if the weight of the package is over 1lb.
Worldwide Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout by the company who is picked for the delivery service, and it depends upon the location of the buyer.

Processing and shipping time are two different things. What you chose upon checkout is the shipping timeframe, this is after the processing time needed to receive, make and prepare your package.Damaged Items
All orders are packaged with care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasion, orders get damaged. Sweetzters offers a full replacement on products determined to be too damaged for consumption. To file a claim for a damaged item please email us "Damaged Package" within 24 hours of receiving your order, you will need to provide photos of the damaged product to support your claim and determine eligibility for replacement. These conditions are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers by carriers, ground transportation strikes, delays, nor any extra fees.
