Returns/Refunds

Sweetzters does NOT accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any edible products due to safety concerns. However, if you are having issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, we can typically solve your problems.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled after payment but only if the order is cancelled before the items are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email: info@sweetzters.com

Damaged Items

All orders are packaged with care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasion, orders get damaged. Sweetzters offers a full replacement on products determined to be too damaged for consumption. To file a claim for a damaged item please email us "Damaged Package" within 24 hours of receiving your order, you will need to provide photos of the damaged product to support your claim and determine eligibility for replacement. These conditions are subject to change without notice.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers by carriers, ground transportation strikes, delays, nor any extra fees.
